Who's in the room

300 decision-makers. Zero tire-kickers.

We cap attendance at 300 for a reason — every seat belongs to someone who can actually say yes. Sponsor tiers are designed around getting you into the right conversations, not adding your logo to a poster.

What makes AI NOW different

Matchmaking, not mingling.

Every Gold, Platinum, and Presenting partner gets pre-booked 1:1 meetings with attending organizations whose priorities match your offering. We curate these introductions in the 30 days before the conference — so you arrive knowing exactly who you're going to meet and why.

This isn't a career fair. It's a short list of qualified conversations that would otherwise take you a year of conference circuits to assemble.

Business partners meeting
The highlight reel

What sponsorship looks like.

Main stage

Platinum & Presenting speak on stage.

Full session slots — not a 30-second logo reel. Your leader in the conversation.

Exhibit lounge

Conversation-grade booths.

Designed for seated meetings, not pamphlet handoffs. A space you'd actually want to have a deal memo conversation in.

Hosted dinners

A room of 20, not 200.

Platinum & Presenting partners host private dinners — chef-driven, Indigenous-informed menu, curated guest list.

Indigenous-owned business discount

50% off for certified Indigenous businesses.

Indigenous-owned businesses — CCAB-certified, band-owned enterprises, or Métis business council members — receive 50% off any sponsorship tier. This is a deliberate choice: we want Indigenous brands on the main stage, not just as attendees.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What's the deadline to sponsor?

Tier commitments close August 1, 2026 for full branding integration. After that, we can still accommodate late-stage partners at Community and Gold levels, but Platinum and Presenting close earlier because of production lead times on main-stage integration.

Can we customize a tier?

Yes. Every tier above Community is a starting point — we'll build custom packages for category exclusivity, regional activation, or multi-year commitments. Email sponsors@ainowconference.ca to open that conversation.

Do you do media sponsorships?

Yes. We have a separate media partner track for publishers, podcasts, and content networks — in-kind value exchanges in the range of $10k–$40k. Email sponsors@ainowconference.ca with "Media partner" in the subject.

How is the delegate list shared?

Opt-in only. Delegates choose during registration whether to share their details with sponsors. We typically see 70%+ opt-in because AI NOW attendees are explicitly there to do business.

What if we have a conflict with another sponsor?

Category exclusivity is available at the Platinum and Presenting tiers. At Gold, we cap two direct-competitor sponsors per category. Tell us your category when you inquire and we'll flag conflicts immediately.

Let's talk.

Tell us which tier fits and we'll send the full partnership brief, matchmaking intake form, and a calendar link to meet the producers.
